Sustainability Governance - Board Oversight & Management Role
Sustainability has long been embedded in our decision-making process. The Board has provided guidance in developing our adopted ESG strategy and maintains keen oversight on the progress, through its committees.
BOARD OVERSIGHT
Risk Management Committee
Evaluate and provide the Board with insights on ESG risks including climate-related risks and opportunities along with mitigation plans
Stakeholders Relationship Committee
Provide direction to the management on the implementation of ESG strategy and maintain oversight of the execution of the ESG strategy as well as the progress on the near-term & long-term ESG commitments
MANAGEMENT ROLE
MD&CEO and One Link* group
Provide leadership in setting the targets and implementing the ESG objectives of the Company including objectives related to climate change
Business Units and Functional Heads
Driving department-speciļ¬c initiatives in line with ESG targets
Sustainability Team
Group of professionals responsible for the execution, monitoring and reporting of sustainability indicators including the ones related to climate change
