Empowering Communities
Our community development training programmes are designed to ignite creativity, build practical capabilities, and foster long-term economic selfreliance. In FY 2024-25, we conducted a series of specialised training initiatives – both independently and in collaboration with NGOs – tailored to the distinct needs of various social segments. These included vocational courses, creative workshops, rehabilitative programmes, and livelihood enhancement efforts, aligned with government-led schemes and community-specific contexts to ensure meaningful and inclusive impact.
