Asian Paints’ community initiatives focus on creating lasting impact across four interconnected areas. We promote water stewardship through harvesting, recharge and conservation projects near our manufacturing units, ensuring water security for local communities. We enhance vocational skills through the Beautiful Homes Academy, empowering painters, contractors, shop staff and youth with industry-relevant capabilities and certified credentials that improve employability and income stability. Our health and hygiene programmes combine curative care with preventive outreach, embedding healthier behaviours at the grassroots. Employee volunteering through our SPARSH platform deepens our outreach, fostering a culture of empathy and active participation.

Enhancing Vocational Skills
Our CSR initiatives are designed to address locally relevant needs while strengthening community resilience and long-term well-being. Independent assessments across key focus areas indicate measurable outcomes in water security, healthcare access, livelihoods and skilling, reflecting the effectiveness of our implementation approach and partnerships.
Watermark interventions have improved water availability, irrigation access and farm-based livelihoods; healthcare initiatives have brought preventive and primary care closer to underserved communities; and skilling programmes have enhanced employability, income stability and confidence among participants. Together, these outcomes reinforce our focus on sustained community engagement, last-mile delivery and capability building as enablers of durable social impact.
